Strategic Advisory
- Strategy: We supervise and monitor the implementation of the investee company’s business strategy to achieve investment objectives.
- Governance: We participate in the Board and governance committees of the investees.
- Legal and Compliance: We review the compliance reporting of investees, and provide strategic direction in major litigation, investigations or regulatory matters.
- Exit Strategy: We provide guidance on partial/full exits and mergers.
Portfolio Oversight
- Investor Relations: We provide monthly business updates to our investors. We address ad-hoc queries during extraordinary events and review relevant documentation relating to new investments.
- Reporting: We review financial and operational reports of investee companies, and circulate and present quarterly reports.
- Due Diligence: We review potential investee companies and conduct market analysis, as well as provide guidance on regulatory issues.
- Short term consultancies upon request: We provide short term consultancies for the investor on specialized topics.
- Staff Secondment: Where required, IPA can temporarily second CXOs on a short-term basis.

Strategic and Business Advisory
We work with companies to develop appropriate market entry strategies and provide the support necessary to become “investible.”

Capital Raising for Debt and Equity
We advise and support the preparation documentation to be submitted to potential investors (e.g., teaser, investment memorandums) and manage the overall process.
We contact potential investors, conduct preliminary discussions, investor due diligence, legal documentation support, terms and conditions, and provide support in closing the deal.
